Bayfield Inlet Paddling
Bayfield Inlet is a great launching point for a network of paddling routes along the Georgian Bay coast. The mouth of the Naiscoot River north of Bayfield Inlet forms multiple channels and creates excellent habitat for a variety of wildlife. This area of Georgian Bay is relatively quiet, especially along the inner channels.

Bayfield Inlet Camping
Nearly everything on the north side of Bayfield Inlet is part of the North Georgian Bay Shoreline And Islands Conservation Reserve. This not only makes it a great place for wildlife viewing but also for Crown Land camping. All campsites within the conservation reserve are unmaintained so everything must be packed in and out, and as always, follow Leave No Trace principles.
